Some important loan conditions to take note of are as follows:

FICA Documents You Will Need: 

  • Proof of income via a recent payslip 
  • 3 months banks statements reflecting the payment of 3 salaries (no older than 3 months old)
  • Copy of your ID 
  • Proof of address no older than 3 months

Loans are subject to the National Credit Act No.34 of 2005. All loan applications are considered and are subject to credit approval. The interest rate APR with regards to a Personal Loan varies between 15%** and 24.50%** per annum (compounded monthly). All loans include a once-off initiation fee of up to R 1 197** and a monthly service fee of R69.00**. Your rate and initiation fee will be determined according to your personal risk profile. For illustration purposes, the figures in this table are calculated at an interest rate of 28% per annum. The repayments indicated also include a monthly premium for the life insurance of between 5.04% and 5.4%. ** Rates and fees are current as at November 2022 and are subject to change at the discretion of the lender.

 

How Our Personal Loans Work

 

PAYOUTS

There are two options to choose from when selecting how you’d like to be paid out:

Bank Account: Loans are paid directly into your bank account or into the bank account of a third party in the case of a settlement.

Credit Card: A credit limit is set once the loan is activated

PAYMENTS

First Payment: The first loan instalment is due within 7 days of the loan being paid to you.

Future instalments are due on the 1st day of every month or as close to the date you get paid a salary as possible.
